What is a processing fee?

If you opted for our invoicing system there is a percentage you pay on all invoices sent through the platform. There is a 25% transaction fee for the first invoice send to a new client and 5% processing fee for all subsequent invoices and invoices send to existing clients. This amount is collected automatically once the invoice is paid and you'll get the difference to your Invoicing balance. You are only subject to transaction fees if you send invoices through the platform. For example, you have a new contact through the platform and you send them the first invoice through the platform for 100€, for which you pay 25€ trasaction fee. The next invoice you send to them the trasaction fee will be 5%.
