What are the benefits of an EAP?

EAP-s have shown to benefit different areas of employees personal and workplace lives:

  • Improving work adjustments, engagement, productivity and enhancing performance

  • Enhancing team building

  • Assisting with job retention, decrease in absenteeism (being away from work for any reason) and presenteeism (being present at work with decreased mental and/or physical functioning, where functioning is the ability to deal with day to day tasks)
