How do I create an invoice?

There are two ways of creating an invoice. You can send a Prepay (see separete question on Prepay invoicing) by creating a session invitation through messaging or in your calendar. Then just make sure to select a Prepay option. An invoice will be sent with the booking request. Alternatively, you can also create invoices in your Invoicing. You click the green ‘New invoice’ button, select the client you want to send to, choose the past appointments you would like to add to the invoice, and finally add eventual extra items (for example a session that wasn’t logged by the system). Review that all of the information is correct and click ‘Save and Send to’. An invoice will be sent to the selected client.
